My passion in helping individuals, couples, and families find breakthroughs in their lives has been a key factor in my practice in social work. I love helping people cultivate a life that brings joy and meaning. My desire to challenge the mindsets of each individual is constantly growing, allowing me to guide them in shifting their perspectives in order to start seeing the change they want in their lives. I believe that every individual is already equipped with the power to live a fulfilled life; my job is to help you uncover that.

I have earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wayne State University in 2011. I am a clinical social worker with a specialty in cognitive behavioral therapy. I have been in the field for over ten years and have worked in multiple areas of social work. I have vast experience as a community mental health therapist, a case manager in a hospital setting, a case manager at a skilled nursing facility, and as a clinician in private practice.

I enjoy working with young adults through to middle-aged adults. I have worked to help individuals overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood-related disorders. I believe everyone brings a unique life story full of strengths and challenges. My therapy style is truly adaptive and tailored to meet each unique individual’s needs to help them reach their own personalized goals.
