In times of distress, people often seek understanding and support in hopes to enrich their lives and achieve greater happiness, but can frequently feel stuck. I strongly believe that developing a trusting environment is significant for each individual to work through their healing process. I enjoy working with children, families, couples, adolescents, and adults. I hold vast experience in helping people work through an assortment of disorders, ranging in severity, while providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy. I have extensive knowledge in helping individuals and families understand specific strengths and weaknesses through completing neuropsychological/ psychological assessments for various ages (2-100). Additionally, I have worked closely with children who have experienced significant trauma.
I earned my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in Child and Adolescent Psychology from The University of Detroit Mercy, and have worked in the field since 2011. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Human Biology at Michigan State University.
I am passionate about working with each unique person and utilize an eclectic approach to best match each person’s needs. I understand the fears associated with facing one’s struggles, and offer a safe place to do so; with compassion, support, and patience as they work through their struggles.
