In my practice, I work to help you gain a sense of hope. For there is hope that your future can and will be better and that you can overcome the problems that you are now facing. My role is to help you and your loved ones gain new understanding, compassion, deeper connections, and any skills needed to address the situations that bring you in. I firmly believe in the power of therapy, and hope it can help you achieve a more balanced and happier life.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. I earned my Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology. I have been licensed and practicing since 2016.
I welcome a wide range of clients in my office and foster a safe, non-judgmental, and inviting space for therapy. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. My specialities include relationship issues, marital counseling, parenting issues, troubled children and teens, as well as helping individuals who are depressed or anxious. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, dependent on each client’s needs. My practice involves Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a more common intervention.
