I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are experiencing stress, life changes, anxiety, depression and behavioral or communication challenges. My approach to therapy is to empower individuals to discover their own strengths and working towards healing and living a fulfilling life. I believe that building an open and trusting relationship with a client is the key to a positive therapeutic experience. I am dedicated to the wellness of each individual and strives to provide a safe environment for clients.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work at Wayne State University in 2021. My 5+ years in the field has allowed me to develop specialties in mood disorders, interpersonal relationships, stress management, and behavioral difficulties. I utilize client-centered, mindfulness, play therapy, CBT approaches to tailor treatment to individual needs.
I understand that opening up to someone new can feel uncomfortable and even discouraging at times. That’s why building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is central to my approach. I focus on meeting clients where they are and creating a space where they feel safe, supported, and heard.
