Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or not like yourself lately? You’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I work with children, teens, young adults and parents navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. Whether you are dealing with school stress, relationship challenges, family conflict or self-esteem struggles, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Starting therapy can feel awkward or even intimidating—especially if you’re not use to opening up.
My goal is to create a space that feels comfortable, real and judgment-free, where you can show up exactly as you are. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work at Wayne State University in 2021. My 5+ years in the field has allowed me to develop specialties in mood disorders, interpersonal relationships, stress management, and behavioral difficulties. I utilize a mix of mindfulness, CBT and interactive approaches to tailor treatment to individual needs. Therapy with me is collaborative and we move at your pace while working towards real and meaningful change. I work closely with parents who may be unsure how to help, or struggling with communication and behavioral concerns at home.
