Obtaining guidance and compassion in a time of adversity can be intimidating and nerve wrecking. Finding a safe place to explore and process the distressing situations of a person’s life is crucial in the healing process. As a Social Worker for the past 10+ years I have dedicated my practice to helping children and families navigate stressful times. Sometimes school, family or relationships can become overwhelming and I can provide a safe space for children/adolescents, adults, and their families to explore the issues leading to their distress. Often we lack the coping skills to deal with the stressors in life and this is where I can help. I have experience working with youth from 0-17 and their families in a variety of settings, while navigating a various issues, such as bullying, family conflict and relationship stressors.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wayne State University in 2012. I have spent the past 10 years working with families providing direct clinical services, as well as acting in a supervisory capacity. I look forward to continue to provide support for families, children, adolescents, and adults in a caring, encouraging, and safe environment.
