My approach is non-judgmental and client centered. Whether you are looking for support in life, dealing with loss, difficult times, or facing a variety of obstacles, I am here to help guide you through. You are the expert on your life, the goal is to help you live the life you envision.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques based on what’s right for you. For some, it’s traditional talk therapy. For others, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is beneficial. EMDR helps to reprocess traumatic events and memories in order to help restore balance to our systems.
