I specialize in working with individuals who are healing from trauma, managing stress, or facing emotional challenges. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care. Compassionate, evidence-based support will be provided to individuals and families from all backgrounds, to include those from LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities.
I earned my Masters of Social Work degree with a clinical focus from Fordham University in New York. By having experience in both private practice and hospital settings I bring a calm, steady presence to my work and hold deep respect for each client’s story. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to meet your unique needs. Together we will create a safe, and inclusive space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is a highly effective and research-supported treatment. It can be offered virtually to provide flexibility and increase access to care.
Reaching out for help takes courage. I am committed to providing care that honors your experiences and supports your healing. Therapy is a collaborative process. You do not have to navigate it alone—I am here to walk with you every step of the way.
