Welcome to Reflective Therapy Center! Therapy can be a challenging and vulnerable process at times, yet extremely rewarding and healing. I hope to provide the support clients need through their personal journey of self discovery and positive change.
I have received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. I have experience in working with children, adolescents and adults from various socioeconomic populations providing individual and family therapy. I have knowledge in working with a broad range of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, interpersonal conflict, grief and loss, self esteem, life changes and parent child conflict.
I believe it is important to meet the client at their current level of functioning, while utilizing a flexible therapeutic approach tailored to each client’s needs. I also emphasize a positive therapeutic relationship when working with clients, as rapport building is a crucial element in the healing process.
